Three feet above sea-level, protected by a sea-wall, Delaware City is about 1.6 square miles filled with the historic charms of a working seaport. 

Unlike the Colonial Williamsburgs and the Sturbridge Villages, Delaware City is not a staged theme park with an admission fee...but a free,  open, working and vibrant town.

Our town sits on level terrain and is an easy walk.  For those guests who are physically challenged, our golf cart can enhance your mobility.
